TASTING NOTES With ripe fruit aromas of fresh honeydew melon, kiwi and a whiff of subdued floral notes on the nose, the fruit character carries through to the palate with nectarine, orange, and Jonathan apples braced by a crisp bright acidity that leaves a slight lingering mineral character to the finish. This PURE White is a nice companion to a wide array of foods, well balanced and immediately appealing.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES
With the harvest of the different varietals starting in mid-September and ending in late October, we achieved the optimal ripeness in the fruit that you could come to expect from a vinteage like 2014. While Elegance yeast was used on the Riesling and Muller, VL1 yeast lends Muscat brightness. Fermentation was completed in temperature controlled stainless steel upright tanks.
